We have
been unsuccessful in getting a property owner to correct his problem
of sewage surfacing in his backyard. It was with some considerable
interest that we noted that this section of Huey Street is scheduled to
be sewered. We would like to request that you give every consideration
to scheduling this at the earliest opportunity. This early scheduling
will help us eliminate a health hazard.
Sincerely,
s/ Thomas B. Stout
Pollution Control Officer
TBS; j lm
Upon motion made, seconded and carried, this matter was referred to
the Bureau of Engineering for study.
