6 <br />11/6/72 <br />WEIGHTS AND MEASUR <br />Board and presentee <br />October, 1972. Upi <br />was ordered filed. <br />REPORT Mr. Bert Cichowicz appeared before the <br />the report of the City Sealer for the month of <br />motion made, seconded and rcarried, the report <br />The Special Police Commissions of Hozie Simmons and John J. Zielinski <br />were denied inasmuch as Drewrys, Ltd., has closed operations. <br />CONTRACTOR' S BOND <br />A Contractor's Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 was approved for <br />Marion McCaskill to. October 27, 1973. <br />Mr. Harley of Weisberger Brothers appeared before the Board to complain <br />that the widening of the intersection of Calvert and Main Street had <br />left a fourteen foot drop between the sidewalk and the loading dock <br />of their company. Mr. Richardson informed him he would make an in- <br />vestigation of the matter. <br />202 East Pennsylvania Mr. Myron Duncan, 1232 Woodlake Avenue <br />appeared before the Board to discuss the sub -standard condition of <br />the structure at 202 East Pennsylvania. At his request the matter <br />was continued for two weeks.COMPLAINT FROM MISS GUTHRIE <br />Miss Virginia Guthrie appeared before the Board to complain about the <br />condition of the pavement on Michigan Street near the new Post Office <br />building. Mr. Richardson said he would look into the matter. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street light outage reports were filed for the period of 10/26/72 <br />to 11/2/72. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting <br />was, upon motion made, seconc -- -- " <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
