10/16/72 <br />428 North Main Street This being the date set for receiving bids for <br />the demolition of the accessory building at 428North Main Street, the <br />following bids were ;opened and read: <br />O'Neal Trucking <br />$600.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bid of the O'Neal Trucking <br />Company was awarded. <br />202 Calvert Street Upon motion made, seconded and carried the matter <br />of the sub standard condition of the structure at 202 East Calvert <br />Street was continued indefinitely, with Mr. Steed to make a progress <br />report on the rehabilitation of the structure in thirty days. <br />539 Euclid This being the date set for receiving bids for the demolition <br />of the structure at 539 Euclid Avenue the following bids were opened <br />and read: <br />Michiana Builders $550.00 <br />B & J Demolition $500.00 <br />O'Neal Trucking 595.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the award was made to B & J <br />U <br />Demolition on its low bid of $500.00. <br />V <br />317-319 Laurel Street This being the date set for receiving bids for <br />the demolition of the structure at 317-319 Laurel Street, the follow- <br />ing bids were opened and read: <br />O'Neal Trucking Company $995.00 <br />B & J Demolition 1,235.00 <br />Michiana Builders 1,090.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the award was made to O'Neal <br />Trucking Company on its low bid of $995.00. <br />HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3368,1972 <br />This being the date set for hoeing a hearing on the assessment roll <br />of Vacation Resolution No. 3368, 1972, hearing is noW held for the <br />vacation of St. Peter Street from the South right of way line of <br />Cedar Street running South 410' to the North right of way line of <br />Madison Street. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri County News on September 29, October 6 and <br />October 13, 1972 and same were found to be sufficient. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances having been <br />received, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the,Assessment <br />Roll showing no net damages and no net benefits was approved as <br />adopted and said Resolution in all things ratified and confirmed and <br />said proceedings closed. <br />A.C.T.I.O.N. IN -KIND VOUCHERS PRESENTED <br />In -kind vouchers for rent for Fire Stations #10, #7 and #8 were <br />received by the Board and ordered filed. <br />LETTER FROM STANLEY PRZYBYLINSKI RE: OBSOLETE UNITS <br />A letter was received from Stanley Przybylinski, Manager of the <br />•Municipal Services facility as follows: <br />
