to <br />9/11/72 <br />Commission approval which was secured Friday, September 1, 1972, <br />1 am transmitting to your care wto (2) copies of a commercial lease <br />for -project property designated at 13-3. <br />We would be pleased if you would place this on the agenda for action <br />at the next Board of Public Works and Safety meeting on September 11. <br />The Redevelopment Commission in authorizing the lease of this land <br />stipulates that the Board of Public Works and Safety would not sublet <br />Commission owned land to private lot operators without their know- <br />ledge and consent. F. Glaser, Construction Contractor, <br />to place a barricade at the corner of Wayne and Michigan Streets <br />for a period of time exceeding thirty days. <br />The following memo was received from the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting: <br />The attached letter from Mr. H. F. Glaser, 442 Commerce Building, <br />South Bend, Indiana is for the occupancy of curb space for construction <br />of a building in the 100 block of West Wayne Street where three park- <br />ing meters are located. <br />
