Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the <br />report was ordered filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at <br />9:55 a.m. <br />-P.o11in E. Farrand <br />I/' <br />SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 24, 1975 <br />A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at <br />10:10 a.m, on Monday, March 24, 1975 with all members present. <br />The purpose of the special meeting was to consider a request to <br />advertise for 45 vehicles for the Police Department and 1 truck <br />for the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting. Detailed specifications <br />were presented to the Board. Upon motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the Board approved the request to advertise and directed <br />the Clerk to advertise for bids on March 28 and April 4 with bids <br />to be received at 9:30 a.m, on April 7, 1975. <br />The special meeting adjourned at 10:14 a.m. <br />
