Farrand, P. E., City Engineer files with the Board an <br />Assessment Roll for Vacation Resolution No. 3411, 1975 for the vacation <br />of the north -south alley between Taylor and William Street running north <br />from Monroe Street to the first east -west alley as found on the Recorded <br />Plat of William E. Vail's Southwest Addition to the Town, now City of <br />South Bend. The following property maybe injuriously or beneficially <br />affected by such vacation: <br />Lots 5 to 8 inclusive and Lots 13 to 16 inclusive located in Part <br />of Vail's Southwest Addition. <br />The Board finds that each of said lots have been benefited in the amount <br />of $0.00 and damaged in the amount of $0.00. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopted the Assessment <br />Roll and set Monday, April 21, 1975 at 9:30 a.m, as the time and the <br />Board of Public Works Hearing Room as the place where all persons <br />interested in or affected by such vacation may be heard.,. <br />FILING OF ASSESSMENT POLL - VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 3412, 1975 <br />Rollin E. E., City Engineer, files with the Board an <br />Assessment Roll for Vacation Resolution No. 3412, 1975 for the <br />vacation of the north and south alley between Phillipa and Carlisle <br />Street, from Dunham Street south to the first alley south of Dunham <br />Street, City of South Bend. The following property may be injuriously <br />or -beneficially affected by such vacation: Lots 142 to 145 inclusive and <br />Lot 111 in Realty Construction Company's Second Addition. <br />The Board finds that each of said lots have been benefited in the <br />amount of $0.00 and damaged in the amount of $0.00. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board adopted the <br />Assessment Roll and set Monday, April 21, 1975 at 9:30 a.m, as the <br />time and the Board of Works Hearing Room as the place where all persons <br />interested in or affected by such vacation may be heard. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS - CIVIC CENTER FROM SOLLITT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY <br />The Board received claims from the Sollitt Construction Company for <br />reimbursable expenses for Century Center from February 1 to February 28, <br />1975 in the amount of $6,204.43. The claims have been approved by <br />Patrick McMahon, Manager, Bureau of Public Construction and by the <br />Civic Center Authority. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the <br />claims were approved. <br />CHANGE ORDER NO. 7 - PURCHASE ORDER APPROVED -FIRE STATION NO. 4 <br />The Purchase Order covering Change Order No. 7 from the Muia Construction <br />Company was submitted to the Board. The Change Order was in the amount <br />of $1407.00 and had been approved by the Board. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the Purchase Order was approved_, for the Change Order No. <br />7 for the construction of Fire Station No. 4. <br />
