t29 <br />REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 17, 1975 <br />3. The Board shall sell said parcel by published notice calling <br />for sealed bids for cash at not less than the offering price. <br />4. Published notice of the offering of said parcel for sale, <br />shall be given by publication on the 21st day of February, 1975 <br />and on the 28th day of February, 1975 in the South Bend Tribune <br />.and in the Tri-County News, which notice shall contain the <br />information as required by Chapter 30 A of the Municipal Code of <br />0 the City of South Bend. <br />5.
