I] REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 17, 1975 December 21, 1965 by the Board-;1of�.Public Works and Safety stating that the City of South Bend had not approved certain improvements in Crest Manor Sections Four and Eight; Ireland Heights First Section and Fairfax Estates First Section. The City has now accepted the improvements and the Project Completion Affidavits for the projects were approved by the Board of Public Works on January 27, 1975. The developers are now requesting that a release of the previously recorded document be exeucted by the Board and recorded. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board signed the following release: RELEASE The Board of Public Works of the City of South all covenants, waivers or restrictions imposed duly recorded on December 21, 1965, located at Boox 218, Page 109 and Book 218, Page 110. Mr. Farrand explained that the claims are for the past several months and have been approved by Patrick McMahon, Manager, Bureau of Public Construction, and by the Civic Center Authority. Claims were as follows: Johnson-Bur..gee Architects - August - $41,333.33 Johnson-Burgee Architects - Expenses and Telephone - $56.74 Johnson-Burgee Architects - Expenses,Phone, Engle Contract Fee $1925.97 Johnson-Burgee Architect.:- October - $36,511.11 Johnson-Burgee Architects - Expenses, Phone, Engle Contract, Merit Studios,$526O.38 Post, Cosentini , Sollitt Construction Co. - January Fee - $6,000.00 Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the claims were approved.
