I] <br />REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 17, 1975 <br />December 21, 1965 by the Board-;1of�.Public Works and Safety stating <br />that the City of South Bend had not approved certain improvements <br />in Crest Manor Sections Four and Eight; Ireland Heights First Section <br />and Fairfax Estates First Section. The City has now accepted the <br />improvements and the Project Completion Affidavits for the projects <br />were approved by the Board of Public Works on January 27, 1975. <br />The developers are now requesting that a release of the previously <br />recorded document be exeucted by the Board and recorded. Upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, the Board signed the following release: <br />RELEASE <br />The Board of Public Works of the City of South <br />all covenants, waivers or restrictions imposed <br />duly recorded on December 21, 1965, located at <br />Boox 218, Page 109 and Book 218, Page 110. <br />Dated this 17th day of February, 1975. <br />STATE OF INDIANA) <br />) SS: <br />ST. Wells <br />Notary Publicy <br />My Commission expires January 22, 1979 <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS - CENTURY CENTER <br />1 <br />Claims from Johnson-Burgee, Architect, and Sollitt Construction Company, <br />Construction Manager, for Century Center were submitted to the Board. <br />Mr. Farrand explained that the claims are for the past several months <br />and have been approved by Patrick McMahon, Manager, Bureau of Public <br />Construction, and by the Civic Center Authority. Claims were as <br />follows: <br />Johnson-Bur..gee Architects - August - $41,333.33 <br />Johnson-Burgee Architects - Expenses and Telephone - $56.74 <br />Johnson-Burgee Architects - Expenses,Phone, Engle <br />Contract Fee $1925.97 <br />Johnson-Burgee Architect.:- October - $36,511.11 <br />Johnson-Burgee Architects - Expenses, Phone, Engle <br />Contract, Merit Studios,$526O.38 <br />Post, Cosentini , <br />Sollitt Construction Co. - January Fee - $6,000.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the claims were approved. <br />
