Also Lots Numbered 28, 33 and 44 as shown on the <br />recorded plat of College Grove as platted by Benjamin Winans. The,. <br />Board finds that each of said lots has benefited in the amount of $0.00 <br />and been damaged in the amount of $0.00. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the Board approved the Assessment Roll and set <br />February 17, 1975 at 9:30 a.m, as the time and the Board of Works <br />Hearing Room as the place where all persons interested in or affected <br />by this vacation may be heard. <br />BONDS APPROVED <br />Ray S. Andrys,iak, Bureau of Engineering, recommended to the Board <br />that the following bonds had been properly executed and could be <br />approved: <br />EXCAVATION - Wenger Electric Company to 9/20/75 <br />Marion Hamilton & Sons, Inc. to 12/31/75 <br />E. White, Inc. to 12/31/75 <br />W CONTRACTOR'S - Dye Plumbing & Heating Co. to 1/1/76 <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period of December 26 <br />through January 3 was received and was ordered filed. <br />LIST OF LOCATIONS PRESENTED - SOUTHEAST SIDE CLEAN-UP <br />Councilman Terry Miller was present and submitted to the Board a list <br />of lots and houses in the southeast neighborhood where trash and <br />garbage violations are occurring. There was a discussion regarding <br />the matter. Mr. Farrand said his Department would check into the lots <br />listed in the letter. Mr. Barcome made a motion that the lots be <br />referred to the Department of Public Works for action and that the <br />Sub —Standard houses and environmental complaints be referred to the <br />Board of Public Safety. The motion was seconded and carried. Mr. <br />Miller suggested that the Bureau of Streets personnel could be used <br />when there is no snow to clean up such areas. Mr.. Farrand noted that <br />Bureau of Streets personnel are not idle in such weather, but are doing <br />patching and maintenance work. Mr. Seitz noted that they are working <br />with Park Department personnel today to help clear.storm debris. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon - <br />motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:55 a.m. <br />Rollin E.
