REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 30, 1974 FILING OF REPORT OF STATE BOARDL, OF ACCOUNTS A copy of the Report of the State Board of Accounts on the examination of the County Auditor was received. The report was filed with the City because of the lease -rental agreementbetween the City and the County for the County -City Building. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the report was ordered filed. CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FILED Certificates of Insurance were received from the American Chain and Cable Company and Cole Associates, Inc. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the certificates were ordered filed. AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING APPROVED An amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Teamsters and the Bureau of Water -Meter and Distribution Department was submitted to the Board. The amendment covered the positions of Utility Man and Janitor not listed previously. Mrs. Esther Gross, Auditor of the © Water Department and Michael Lawrence of the Teamsters Union both recommended that the amendment be approved. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding was approved. G� BONDS APPROVED W Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, recommended approval of the. following bonds: EXCAVATION CONTRACTOR'S Rieth-Riley Const. to 1/1/76 John Wright & Sons to 12/31/75 Louis W. Krueper to 12/31/75 Harry Verkler'Contractor to l/1/76 Powers Plumbing & Heating to 12/31/75 Industrial Sandblasting to 12/31/75 0. J. Shoemaker to 12/31/75 Rieth-Riley Const. to 1/l/76 Culligan Fyrprotexion to 10/23/75 Fred.Black Const. to 12/31/75 The Hickey Company to 12/31/75 Nick T. Pryman to 12/31/75 H. S. Goetz to 12/31/75 Northern Indiana Public Service Co. to 12/31/75 Upon motion made, seconded and carried,. the bonds were approved to the dates listed. BOND RELEASED - CHARLES KOPSEA AND WILLIAM IPE The Board received a request from the Reliance Insurance Company to release the Contractor's Bond for Charles Kopsea and William Ipe. Ray S. Andrysiak reported to the Board that the bond had been reviewed and it could be released. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bond was released effective December 30, 1974. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED The Street Light Outage Report for the period of December 18 through 24 was received and ordered filed. There being no further business to come before the Board, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m. n AV CLERK
