REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 30, 1974 <br />FILING OF REPORT OF STATE BOARDL, OF ACCOUNTS <br />A copy of the Report of the State Board of Accounts on the examination <br />of the County Auditor was received. The report was filed with the <br />City because of the lease -rental agreementbetween the City and the <br />County for the County -City Building. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FILED <br />Certificates of Insurance were received from the American Chain and <br />Cable Company and Cole Associates, Inc. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the certificates were ordered filed. <br />AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING APPROVED <br />An amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Teamsters <br />and the Bureau of Water -Meter and Distribution Department was submitted <br />to the Board. The amendment covered the positions of Utility Man <br />and Janitor not listed previously. Mrs. Esther Gross, Auditor of the <br />© Water Department and Michael Lawrence of the Teamsters Union both <br />recommended that the amendment be approved. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding was approved. <br />G� BONDS APPROVED <br />W <br />Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, recommended approval of the. <br />following bonds: <br />EXCAVATION CONTRACTOR'S <br />Rieth-Riley Const. to 1/1/76 John Wright & Sons to 12/31/75 <br />Louis W. Krueper to 12/31/75 Harry Verkler'Contractor to l/1/76 <br />Powers Plumbing & Heating to 12/31/75 Industrial Sandblasting to 12/31/75 <br />0. J. Shoemaker to 12/31/75 Rieth-Riley Const. to 1/l/76 <br />Culligan Fyrprotexion to 10/23/75 Fred.Black Const. to 12/31/75 <br />The Hickey Company to 12/31/75 Nick T. Pryman to 12/31/75 <br />H. S. Altman to 11/1/76 The Hickey Company to 12/31/75 <br />Robert P. Goetz to 12/31/75 Northern Indiana Public <br />Service Co. to 12/31/75 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried,. the bonds were approved to <br />the dates listed. <br />BOND RELEASED - CHARLES KOPSEA AND WILLIAM IPE <br />The Board received a request from the Reliance Insurance Company to <br />release the Contractor's Bond for Charles Kopsea and William Ipe. Ray <br />S. Andrysiak reported to the Board that the bond had been reviewed and <br />it could be released. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bond <br />was released effective December 30, 1974. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period of December 18 through <br />24 was received and ordered filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m. <br />n <br />AV <br />CLERK <br />
