REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 25, 1974 <br />1 <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE APPROVED <br />The Bureau of Traffic and Lighting recommended that a two-hour parking <br />limit,be installed at 2510 South Main Street to create a turnover <br />of parking space and to eliminate all day parkers. Upon motion made, <br />seconded and carried, the installation was approved. Notification <br />is to be sent to any factories in the area. <br />BONDS APPROVED <br />Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, recommended to the Boaxtd <br />that the following bonds were in proper form and could be approved. <br />Contractor's Bond for Steve P. Ross tO 12/31/75 <br />Excavation Bond for John Rensberger Plumbing & Heating to 12/31/75 <br />Excavation Bond for Fred Spromberg & Son, Inc. to 11/30/75 <br />Contractor's Bond for Marathon Oil Company to 12/1/75 <br />Contractor's Bond for From Building Company to 12/31/75 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bonds were approved <br />to the dates listed. <br />BOND RELEASED - ROBERT D. PEED <br />The Board received a request to release the bond of Robert D. Reed <br />and a recommendation from Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, <br />that the bond could be released. Upon motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the Board released the bond of Robert D. Reed, effective <br />November 25, 1974. <br />RIVER BEND PLAZA APPLICATI?N APPROVED FOR SALVATION ARMY <br />The Board received an application from the Salvation Army to operate <br />three collection kettles on River Bend Plaza. Louis Wilcox, Director <br />of River Bend Plaza, gave the application a favorable recommendation.. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the application was approved. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period of November 12 through <br />November 20 was received and, upon motion made, seconded and carried, <br />was ordered filed. <br />REQUEST FOR STREET LIGHT <br />The Board received a request from Catherine Ades, 1102 N. St. Joseph <br />Street, for a street light on St. Vincent Street, between St. Joseph <br />and Foster Street. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the <br />request was referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting for <br />review and recommendation. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:25 a.m. <br />ATT <br />CLERK <br />
