T REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 13, 1974 Description Valuation Lot Numbered Ninety-one (91) as shown on $960.00 the recorded Plat of Rush's Fourth Addition to the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and more commonly known as 702 South Clinton Street. A part of Lots Numbered 96 and 97 as shown on the recorded Plat of Commissioners' Sub- division of Bank Out Lot Numbered 79 of the Second Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, which part is bounded by a line running as follows, viz Beginning at a point 31 feet West of the North East corner of said Lot Numbered 97, thence running West 31 feet; thence South to the South line of said Lot Numbered 96; thence North to the place of beginning, and more commonly known as 1230 West Colfax Avenue. $570.00 Lot Number Ninety (90) as shown on the $1,160.00 Recorded Plat of Raff, Sibley and Fassnacht's Linden Place Addition to the City of South Bend, and more commonly known as 1809 West Florence St. Part of the East.Quarter (4) of Bank Out $860.00 Lot numbered Six (6) of the First Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City, of South Bend, platted by the State.Bank of Indiana, that remains after excepting the portion heretofore taken to widen Taylor Street, which part herein considered is bounded by a line running as follows, viz: Beginning at the point of intersection of the West line of Taylor Street, with the South line of LaSalle Avenue in said City, running thence South on the West line of Taylor Street, tl feet to the Northeast corner of a lot here -to -fore conveyed to Kittie S.
