22 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 25, 1974 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:30 a.m. on <br />Monday, February 25, 1974 with all members present. Deputy City Attorney <br />Gerald Sakaguchi was also present. Minutes of the previous meeting were <br />reviewed and approved. <br />APPROVAL OF CIVIC CENTER CLAIMS <br />Mr. Charles F. Lennon, Jr., Director of the Department of Redevelopment, <br />presented to the Board the following claims for the Civic Center: <br />Design Development Phase -Architectural Fee $31,000.00 <br />Expenses - Photography, Travel Expense <br />Telephone, Air Freight 9.441.09 <br />Model - Civic Center 3,945.40 <br />Architects Programming Service to 1/31/74 962.00 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the claims which <br />will now be submitted to the Civic Center Authority. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - CITY VEHICLES <br />This was the date set for receiving bids for city vehicles. The Clerk tendered <br />proofs of publication of notice to bidders in the South Bend Tribune and the <br />Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient.
