hC <br />REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 14, 1974 <br />CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FILED - COLE ASSOCIATES <br />A Certificate of Insurance from Cale Associates, Inc, and Cole Associates of <br />Michigan, Inc., written by the Aetna Insurance Company, was received by the <br />Board. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the certificate was ordered <br />filed. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage report for the period of January 2 to January 8, 1974 <br />was received and ordered filed. <br />APPROVAL OF TITLE SHEET - WASHINGTON STREET SEWER CONNECTION <br />The Board received the title sheet approving the plans for the Washington Street <br />Sewer Connection, from Summit Ridge to Lombardy Drive. Upon motion made, seconded <br />and carried, the Board approved the plans and signed the title sheet. <br />REQUEST FOR THREE WAY STOP - IRELAND AND MAIN STREET <br />C The Board received a request from Mr. Oberlin of the Royal Knight Inn that <br />CO three-way stop signs be installed at the corner of Ireland Road and Main Street, <br />CT to help eliminate congestion there. Mr. Seitz and Mr. Barcome concurred that <br />this was a problem area and that this installation might help alleviate the <br />situation. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board referred the <br />request to Clem Hazinski, Manager, Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, asking for <br />an immediate investigation and recommendation. <br />APPROVAL OF TITLE SHEET - MEADOWVIEW SEWERS <br />The Board received the title sheet approving the plans for the Meadowview Sewer <br />Project, a Barrett Law project. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the <br />Board approved the plans and signed the title sheet. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon motion made, <br />seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m. <br />e <br />
