REGULAR MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 20, 1476 <br />ONE HOUR PARKING METERS EAST ONE. -HALF OF 100 WEST WASHINGTON <br />7 <br />1 <br />On November 3.., 1975, the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting received <br />approval of the installation of seven, one hour parking deters on <br />the north side of the east one-half block of 100 West Washington. <br />In the interim time, three of these spaces were delegated as "green <br />curb The Board received a request from Ralph Wadzinski, Manager <br />of the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting to decrease the number of <br />meters from seven to four, one hour parking meters. Upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the request for <br />four, one hour parking meters on the north 'side of the east one- <br />half block of 100 West Washington. <br />BONDS APPROVED <br />Raymond S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported that the <br />following bonds had been reviewed and were properly eXecuted and <br />could be approved: <br />Contractor's Bond for Daniel Pietraszewski to°June 29, 1977 <br />Contractor's Bond for Carl J. Reinke & Sons teo August 24, 1977 <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bonds were approved <br />to the ,dates listed, <br />BOND RELEASED - CARL J. REINKE & SONS <br />The Board received a request from United States Fidelity & Guaranty <br />Company to release the Contractor's Bond of Carl J. Reinke and Sons, <br />Inc. Raymond S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the <br />Board that he reviewed the request and there are no outstanding <br />claims or permits against this bond. He recommended release. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bond of Carl J. Reinke <br />& Sons, Inc, was released effective September 20, 1976. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage report for the period of August 10 through <br />17, 1976 was received._ The report indicated twelve outages. Upon <br />motion made by Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the <br />report was ordered filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Farrand <br />made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Mullen seconded the motion and it <br />carried.
