REGULAR MEETING
JULY 26, 1976
Clerk would be directed to reply to Mr. Johnson and ask that he
notify the Board of specific alleys about which he has complaints,
so the Street Department can be directed to those locations.
Mr. Brunner requested that the Clerk contact Mr. Johnson by
telephone today regarding this matter since he has expressed concern
about the problem.
COMPLAINT - HOUSE MOVED TO 4625 S. FELLOWS STREET
Mr. Al Nagy, 4626 S. Fellows Street, was present and inquired
about a petition filed with the Board regarding a house moved
to a lot on Fellows Street. He said area residents are concerned
because the house is still up on blocks and a petition was to
be sent to the Board. Mr. Nagy was advised that no petition has
been received. Mr. Nagy said the residents would like some action
taken because the house is still in a temporary location on blocks
on the lot and is in a dangerous condition. He also said there
is a drainage problem in the area because of the house and it is
an eyesore. Mr. Farrand said he would confer with Deputy City
Attorney Georgia Luks in an effort to resolve the matter.
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon
motion made by Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried,
the meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
1
ATTEST:
GtX-
Patricia DeClercq, Clerk
