aa µµ,, 9 <br />mod' 2 <br />REGULAR MEETING JUNE 7, 1976 <br />Stop Sign on Garden Lane atDogwood <br />Mr. Farrand said.that these installations are all in the <br />vicinity of Belleville Park and said Mr. Wadzinski was <br />recommending the installations after making a check of the <br />area to observe the increased vehicular and pedestrian traffic <br />generated by the park. Mr. Brunner noted that some of the <br />installations were being requested because of a visibility <br />problem with shrubbery and he asked if this might indicate <br />there were zoning violations. He said there are zoning <br />restrictions regarding the height of shrubbery. Mr. Farrand <br />said he would recommend that:the Board approve the installations <br />and he would refer those locations where it is indicated there <br />is a visibility problem caused by shrubbery to Forrest R.. West <br />for an investigation .to see if there are zoning violations. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr. Mullen and <br />carried, the Board approved the traffic control device installations <br />and referred those locations with a visibility problem to <br />Mr. Farrand for investigation.by,the Building Department. <br />MODEL CITIES SEWER SEPARATION PROJECT APPROPRIATION APPROVAL <br />David Wells, Manager: of the Bureau of Design and Administration, <br />advised the Board that the State Board of Accounts has approved <br />the funding for the Model Cities Sewer Separation Project. <br />Contracts will now be submitted to Loitz Brothers.Construction <br />Company, low bidders on the project, for their signature before <br />they are brought to the Board for approval. Mr. Wells also <br />CYO advised the Board that a pre -construction conference will be <br />held in South Bend on June 12, 1976. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made by Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried <br />the meeting adjourned at 10:55 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />4, -& �. 6 g, , <br />Patricia DeClercq, Cl rk <br />
