This makes our drivers extremely well <br />positioned and equipped to serve as extra eyes and ears for local emergency response organizations. <br />There is no charge for this value- added service. <br />Since its debut, Waste Watch has received national acclaim for its support of law enforcement, <br />emergency services, Highway Watch, Neighborhood Watch and similar programs. It has also earned <br />recognition from municipalities and organizations. <br />Customer Service <br />Waste Management will take all the necessary steps to provide a satisfactory response to all questions <br />or complaints. We will: <br />• Maintain a local office at the South Bend Hauling District at 20645 W. Ireland Rd. South Bend, <br />IN and may contact our staff @ 866-797-9018 where our staff will be available to receive and <br />respond to questions or complaints. The office hours will be from 8 AM to 6 PM on regular <br />collection days. <br />Equip each collection vehicle with communications technology to be able to respond to a <br />missed collection or complaint on the collection day. All our collection trucks have radios, <br />which ensure constant communication between drivers and customer service and <br />operations/dispatch personnel. This expedites all customer service requests and allows <br />customer service representatives to contact the driver during the time of the call, obtain the <br />information needed and provide an answer to the customer before they hang up the phone. <br />• Respond promptly and courteously to all complaints.
