.2 <br />REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 29, 1975 <br />CHANGE ORDER APPROVED - WESTMOOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />Change Order No. 2 for the Wes.tmoor Street improvements was submitted <br />to the Board. The Change Order increased the contract by $4,760.50 <br />and was to adjust the contract to as -built quantities. Upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried, the Change Order was approved. <br />PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT APPROVED - I%JESTM00R STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />The Project Completion Affidavit for the Westmoor Street Improvements <br />was submitted to the Board. The contractor was Rieth-Riley <br />Construction Company and the total project cost was $33,968.05. Upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried, the Project Completion Affidavit <br />was approved. <br />CHANGE ORDER APPROVED- ELWOOD-PORTAGE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS <br />Change Order No. l for the Elwood -Portage Intersection Improvements <br />was submitted to the Board. The Change Order increased the contract <br />by $754.27 and was to adjust the contract to as -built quantities. <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Change Order was approved. <br />PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT APPROVED - ELWOOD-PORTAGE INTERSECTION <br />The Project Completion Affidavit for the Elwood -Portage -Intersection <br />Improvements was submitted to the Board. The contractor was Rieth- <br />Riley Construction Company and the total project cost was <br />$13,143.13. Upon motion,made ,seconded and carried, the Project <br />Completion Affidavit was approved. <br />APPRECIATION EXPRESSED TO MEMBERS OF THE BOARD <br />Mr. Farrand expressed his thanks to Mr. Barcome and Mr. Seitz for <br />their cooperation and help while serving as members of the Board of <br />Public Works. Mr. Seitz said he hoped that his service on the Board <br />had benefited the City and the Park Department as that was his goal. <br />He said South Bend has the finest park system in the state thanks to <br />the cooperation received from the City administration. Mr. Barcome <br />expressed his thanks to the Board members for the assistance rendered <br />to him during his years on the Board.
