REGULAR MEETING <br />LIFT TRUCK BID AWARDED SUBJECT:TO RECEIPT OF <br />NOVEMBER 24, 1975 <br />WARRANTY <br />tted to the Board a <br />dder on the Lift <br />advising that their <br />and that they have <br />so furnish a letter <br />basis of this letter, <br />anley Enterprises, <br />r of warranty from <br />econded and carried, <br />ation and signed the <br />bid form awarding the bid for the lift truck to Stanley Enterprises, <br />Inc., subject to receipt of the warranty le ter from the Seaman <br />Corporation. <br />PERMISSION TO ATTEND -CONFERENCE APPROVED <br />The Board received a request from Forrest West that he be allowed <br />to attend a BuildingOfficials Conference ins Chicago on December <br />2 and 3. The trip will not be at City expense. Upon motion made, <br />seconded and carried,the Board approved the request. <br />Deputy City Attorney Kathleen Cekanski subm <br />letter from Stanley Enterprises, Inc. low b <br />Truck for the Bureau of Traffic and Lightin <br />bid includes a complete new vehicle warrant <br />contacted the Seaman Corporation who will a <br />to that effect. Miss Cekanski said, on the <br />she would recommend that the Board accept S <br />Inc. bid subject to the receipt of the lett <br />the Seaman Corporation.
