3 <br />REGULAR 14EETING <br />NOVEMBER 10, 1975 <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period of November 3 through <br />November 9 was received. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, <br />the report was ordered filed. <br />REQUEST TO CLOSE WASHINGTON STREET NOVEMBER 11 APPROVED <br />The Veteran's Organizations of St. Joseph County requested that <br />Washington Street, between Main and Lafayette, be closed on <br />Tuesday, November 11 from 10:45 a.m, to 11:30 a.m, for the <br />traditional Veteran's Day ceremonies. Ralph Wadzinski, Manager of <br />the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, and Captain James Sweitzer, <br />Police Department Traffic Detail, have reviewed the request and <br />recommend approval. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the <br />Board approved the request for the closing of Washington Street, <br />from Main to Lafayette, on Tuesday, November 11 from 10:45 a.m. <br />to 11:30 a.m. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting ad-ourned at <br />10:50 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />- I,-- �- /,0, <br />Patricia DeClercq, Clerk <br />Rollin E.
