1 3 REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 20, 1975 B. Indian Guides Induction Ceremony and Bonfire, Saturday, November 8, 1975 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the application. C. Christmas Parade - November 15, 1975. Beginning at 11:00 a.m, at the Morris Civic Auditorium, right on Colfax to Main, left on Main to Western Avenue, left at Western to the fire lane on the Plaza, left on the Plaza and north through the Plaza to the Morris Civic Auditorium. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the parade, subject to approval of the route by the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting and the Police Department Traffic Detail. LEASE WITH MENTAL HEALTH CENTER A lease with the Mental Health Center for the use of the property at 420 N. Frances Street as the Delos House Drug Center was submitted to the Board. Mr. Farrand said the lease was reviewed by Chief Deputy Robert M. Parker., Mr. Farrand and -Mr. Parker are recommending approval of the lease. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board signed the lease. REQUEST FOR WALK FOR HUNGER ON MARCH 27 1976 r¢- The Notre Dame World Hunger Coalition has requested that they be allowed to hold a Walk for Hunger on March 27, 1976. Upon motion made, seconded to submission, and carried, the Board of approved the request, subject with the rules a route three months of the Board regarding in advance and to compliance indemnity insurance. REQUEST FOR STREET SOLICITATIONS NOVEMBER 8 THROUGH DECEMBER 31 The Seventh Day Adventist Church requested permission of the Board to conduct street solicitation for funds from November 8 through December 31, 1975. They have received a permit from the Charitable Solicitations Commission. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request was approved. REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS - RANDOLPH STREET RETENTION BASIN David Wells, Manager of the Bureau of Design and Administration, requested that the Board advertise for bids for the Clyde Creek Drainage Area Sewer Separation Project, the Randolph Street Retention Basin. The Board signed the title sheet approving the plans on October 13, 1975. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board authorized the advertising for bids for the construction of the project. The Clerk is to be notified when plans are ready for advertising. PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 44 APPROVED, WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ADDITIONS Payment Request No. 44, the final payment request from Sollitt Construction .Company for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Additions was submitted to the Board. The request was in.the amount of $19,741.97, with the total amount of the contract being $7,156,152.84. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Payment Request was approved. BONDS APPROVED Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the Board that the following bonds had been properly executed and could be approved: Donald J. Lambert d/b/a Lambert Plumbing & Heating Company to 10/13/76 Sollitt Construction Company to 4/2/76 Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bonds were approved to the dates listed.
