�1 REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 25, 1975 34th at Vine, southeast corner Irvington at Sampson, southwest corner Greenwood at Southeast, southwest corner Madison at Ironwood, southwest corner Coquillard at Bader, northwest corner Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the installations were approved. CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 APPROVED - OLIVE STREET SEWERS Change Order No. 2 to the H. DeWulf Construction Company for the construction of the Olive Street Sanitary and Storm Sewers was submitted to the Board. Mr. David Wells, Manager of the Bureau of Design and Administration, was present and explained that this was to adjust the contract to as -built quantities. The Change Order decreases the contract by $5,031.60. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Change Order was approved. PETITION FOR STOP SIGN ON LELAND AVENUE AT REX STREET A petition signed by thirteen residents of the area, requesting the installation of a stop sign on Leland Avenue at Rex Street, was transmitted to the Board by Councilman Joseph Serge. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the petition was referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting for a field check and recommendation. PETITION FOR STOP SIGN ON VAN BUREN AT ALLEN STREET Councilman Joseph Serge transmitted to the Board a petition signed by area residents requesting the installation of a stop sign on Van Buren at Allen Street. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the petition was referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting for field check and recommendation. REQUEST FOR STOP SIGN ON SOUTHLEA DRIVE AT VIKING DRIVE Councilman Joseph Serge sent a request to the Board asking that a stop sign be installed on Southlea Drive at Viking Drive. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the request was referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting for review and recommendation. BOND RELEASED - WORKINGER ELECTRIC COMPANY Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the Board that he had reviewed a request for the release of the Excavation Bond of the Workinger Electric Company and the bond could be released as -of this date. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the bond of the Workinger Electric Company was released, effective August 25, 1975. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED The Street Light Outage Report for the period of August 18 through 22 was received. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the report was ordered filed. FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FOR McINTYRE & JONES A Certificate of Insurance for McIntyre and Jones Construction Company was submitted to the Board. Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Certificate was ordered filed.
