REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 12, 1977 <br />BOND RELEASED <br />Ray S. Andrysiak reported to the Board that he had reviewed a request to <br />release the bond of Bob Frame Plumbing & Heating Company. The company has <br />no outstanding permits and Mr. Andrysiak recommended that the bond be <br />released. Lafayette Blvd., files a petition to vacate the <br />east -west alley between Wayne and Jefferson, from Lafayette Boulevard west <br />to the intersecting north -south alley. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded <br />by Mr. Brunner and carried, the petition was filed and referred to the Division <br />of Engineering for a preliminary review and utility check. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period December 5 through December 9 was <br />submitted to the Board. The report indicated twenty-nine outages. Upon motion <br />made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon motion made by <br />Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the meeting adjourned at <br />10:30 a.m. <br />Peter H.
