REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 2. 1977 <br />REQUEST ONE SIDE PARKING ON WEST POLAND STREET <br />The Board received a request from Councilman Walter Kopczynski <br />that residents in the area of West Poland Street, between Walnut <br />and Webster, are requesting that one side parking be put in effect. <br />Mr. McMahon made a motion to refer the request to the Bureau of <br />Traffic and Lighting and the Police Department for review and <br />recommendation. Mr. Mullen seconded the motion and it carried. <br />BOND RELEASED..- WALLACE MITCHELL <br />Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the Board <br />that a request for a release of an Excavation Bond filed by <br />Wallace Mitchell had been reviewed. The contractor had no <br />outstanding permits and Mr. Andrysiak recommended release of <br />the bond. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen <br />and carried, the bond was released. <br />BOND APPROVED - SEAGO REMODELING SERVICE <br />Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the Board <br />that the Excavation Bond submitted by Seago Remodeling Service <br />was properly executed and could be approved. Upon motion made <br />by Mr. McMahon, seconded by T.Zr. Mullen and carried, the Bond <br />was approved. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, <br />the meeting adjourned at 10:25 a.m. <br />In the absence of Patricia DeClercq, Clerk of the Board of Public <br />Works, I, Maryrose Putz, assume all responsibility for the Board <br />of Public Works meeting of Decembey--2-,--\1977. <br />ATTEST: <br />Patricia DeClercq, Clerk <br />
