034 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 19. 1977 <br />BID AWARDED - CREST MANOR SANITARY SEWER PROJECT <br />The Division of Engineering reported to the Board that a bid <br />tabulation was prepared of bids received this morning for the <br />construction of the Crest Manor Sanitary Sewers. The bids were <br />in order and the Engineering Department recommended acceptance of <br />the low bidder, Marion Hamilton & Son, Inc., at a total bid price <br />of $25,049.50. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Brunner and carried, the Board accepted the bid of Marion Hamilton <br />& Son, Inc. of $25,049.50 for the sewer construction and directed <br />that a Notice to Proceed 'be issued to the contractor, subject to the <br />filing of the necessary bonds. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, <br />the meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Patricia DeC ercq, Cler <br />1 <br />
