26'T}. REGULAR MEETING JULY 18, 1977 1 rental of old Fire Station #10 at 1820 S. Michigan Street for April, May and June in the amount of $2,149.33 per month. The vouchers are in accordance with the current leases between the City and A.C.T.I.O.N., Inc. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the vouchers were approved. BOND APPROVED - LEONARD GEANS Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the Board that the Contractor's Bond for Leonard Geans was properly executed and could be approved. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the bond was approved. BOND RELEASED - HERMAN F. GLASER CONSTRUCTION CO. Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the Board that he had reviewed the request from the American Employer's Insurance Company to release the Contractor's Bond of Herman F. Glaser Construction Company. The Company has no outstanding permits and Mr. Andrysiak said he would recommend release of the bond. Mr. McMahon made a motion that the bond of Herman F. Glaser Construction Company be released, effective July 18, 1977. Mr. Brunner seconded the motion and it carried. CLAIMS APPROVED Walter F. Lantz, Deputy City Controller and Michael L. Vance, City Auditor, submitted to the Board Claim Docket Numbers 1,2301 through 12514 and recommended approval. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the Board approved Claim Docket Numbers 12301 through 12514 and directed that checks for payment be issued. There being no further business to come before the Board, upon motion made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:35 a.m. In the absence of Patricia DeClercq, Clerk of the Board of Public Works, I, Maryrose Putz, am assuming all responsibility for the Board of Public Works meeting of July 18, 1977.
