REGULAR MEETING , <br />JULY 11, 1977 <br />of the street from the intersection of 0stemo and Iroquois to <br />the first alley west of Iroquois. Captain Sweitzer of the Police <br />Department Traffic Detail has been contacted and is in agreement. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. Brunner and <br />carried, the closing of Ostemo Place from Iroquois to the first <br />alley west of Iroquois on Sunday, July 17 was approved. <br />REQUEST FOR PARADE FILED <br />The Board received a request from the Mishawaka First Nazarene Church <br />to conduct a parade on July 30. The parade would begin at 10:00 a.m. <br />at the church in Mishawaka and proceed to Potowatomi Park, where <br />it would end at approximately 11:00 a.m. The parade would consist <br />of two buses, fifteen to twenty-five vehicles and ten to fifteen <br />bicycles. A proposed route was submitted and the required Certificate <br />of Insurance has been ordered. Upon motion made by Mr. Mullen, <br />seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the request was filed and <br />referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting and the Police <br />Department for review and recommendation. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by M unner and carried, the <br />meeting adjourned at �2 35 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Patricia DeClercq, Clerk <br />
