REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 9. 1977 <br />COMPLAINT RE: DEBRIS FROM DEMOLITION <br />Chris Overgaard was present on behalf of the Gloria Dei Lutheran <br />Church and called attention to a property where a house was <br />demolished at 241-243 E. Broadway. Mr. Overgaard noted that the <br />debris from the demolition remains on the lot, causing an eyesore <br />and a breeding place for rats. He asked that the Board take <br />action on the matter. Mr. McMahon advised Mr. Overgaard that this <br />is a matter for the Board of Public Safety and would be referred <br />to them for their action on May 10. John DeLee, Building <br />Commissioner, was present and advised Mr. Overgaard that the status <br />of the demolition could be checked immediately in the Sub -Standard <br />Building Department. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, <br />the meeting adjourned at 10:50 a.m. <br />atrick McMahon <br />ATTE <br />r Ga <br />Patricia DeClercq, Clerk <br />Ii <br />1 <br />
