REGULAR MEETING <br />APRIL 11, 1977 <br />STREET LIGHT.OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period April 4 through 8 <br />was submitted to the Board. The report indicated 37 outages. <br />Mr. Mullen glade a motion that the report be filed. Mr. Brunner <br />seconded the motion and it carried. <br />REPORT OF STREET DEPARTMENT CLEAN-UP CREW FOR PIARCIi FILED <br />The Street Department Clean -Up Crew report for the month of March <br />was submitted to the Board. The report indicated eleven citl lots <br />cleaned, 14 environriental, complaints investigated, fifty-three <br />Board of Works clean-up orders carried out and sixty-eight loads <br />of trash removed. The report also noted cleaning of some city lots, <br />work on catch basins and the cleaning of parkways from Chippewa to <br />Tutt Street. Upon motion glade by Mr. Mullen, seconded by Mr. <br />Brunner and carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />REQUEST TO ATTEND BUILDING OFFICIALS CONFERENCE APPROVED <br />John DeLee, Building Commissioner, requested approval to attend the <br />Indiana Association of Building Officials Spring Conference at <br />Speedway, Indiana on April 18, 19 and 20. David Niezgodski, <br />Commercial Building Inspector, would also attend. Mr. Mullen made <br />a notion that the Board approve the request. Mr. Brunner seconded <br />the notion and it carried. <br />There being no further business <br />motion made by Mr. <br />meeting adjourned a <br />ATTEST: <br />Patricia DeClercq, Clerk <br />to cone before the Board, upon <br />the <br />1 <br />
