REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 7, 1977 <br />EXTRA WORK AGREEMENT APPROVED - PROJECT 116000(16) <br />The Board received an extra work agreer-;ent for Project M6000(16) <br />the signalization of sixteen intersections. The agreement was <br />in the amount of $245.50 and was for furnishing and.in.stalling <br />a 30' wood pole. The agreement was recommended for approval by <br />Patrick McMahon, Director of Public Works. Upon motion made <br />by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the extra <br />work agreement was approved. <br />REPORT FROM BUILDING C0MMISSI0NER ON 1608 DEVON CIRCLE <br />John DeLee, Building Commissioner, submitted to the Board a <br />report on Thomas Podell's agreement with the Board of Public Works <br />for renovation of the house moved to 1608 Devon Circle. Mr. DeLee <br />advised the Board that he had reviewed the agreement and the recent <br />inspection made and that Mr. Podell has substantially complied with <br />the terms of the agreement. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, <br />seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />FILING OF REPORT FROM STREET DEPARTMENT <br />A report of wort: done by Street Department crews from January l <br />through January 31, 1977 was submitted to the Board by Joseph <br />Gawrysiak, Street Commissioner, and Ed Nowak, Foreman. Upon motion <br />made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the report <br />was ordered filed. <br />CERTIFICATE OF INSUP.ANCE FILED <br />A Certificate of Insurance for Rieth-Riley Construction Company <br />was submitted to the Board. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, <br />seconded by Mr.. Mullen and carried, the certificate was ordered filed. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage report for the period of January 31 through <br />February 4 was submitted to the Board. The report indicated 54 <br />outages. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner <br />and carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Claim Docket Numbers 1328 through 1626 were submitted to the Board. <br />Deputy City Controller Walter Lantz and City Auditor Michael Vance <br />recommended that they be approved. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, <br />seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the Board approved the claims <br />and directed that checks for payment be issued. <br />There being <br />made by Mr. <br />adjourned at <br />no further business to come before the Board, upon motion <br />McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the meeting <br />10:25 a.m. <br />AT- ST: <br />Patricia DeC ercq, Cler;. <br />
