STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage reportf-br the period of January 24 <br />through 28 was received. The report indicated fifteen outages. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and <br />carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />BID ACCEPTED - CRESTWOOD-EDISON SIGIIALIZATIO14 <br />The Board received a recormendation from the Bureau of Traffic <br />and Lighting that the bids for the Crestwood -Edison signalization <br />had been reviewed and that the low bid of Horse Electric Conpany <br />could be accepted. A bid tabulation was submitted with the <br />recommendation. Upon notion nade by Mr. McMahon, seconded by <br />Mr. Mullen and carried, the Board approved the recommendation <br />and awarded the contract for the Crestwood -Edison signalization <br />to the Morse Electric. Conpany on their low bid of $20,311.60. <br />CLAIMS APPROVED <br />Walter F. Lantz, Deputy City Controller, and Michael L. Vance, <br />City Auditor, submitted to,the Board Clain Docket Nur_ibers <br />1130 through 1327 and recommended their approval. Upon motion <br />made by Mr. McMahon, seconded-'b-,7 Mr. Mullen and carried, the <br />Board approved the claims and directed that checks for payment <br />be issued. <br />There being no further business to cone before the Board, upon <br />notion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, <br />the meeting adjourned at 9:43 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />4 <br />Patricia DeC ercq, Clerk <br />
