71 <br />P.EGULAR 11EETING DECEMBER 20, 1976 <br />VALLEY CABLEVIS IO14 REPOP4T,; <br />The Board received the following letter from Mr. Farrand: <br />"By letter dated December 3, 1976, Valley Cablevision reported <br />to this Board on their investigation into ten complaints regard- <br />ing antenna signal reception duality where interference fropa <br />Cablevision facilities was alleged. At the direction of the <br />Board, the Clerk of the Board of Public Works directed letters <br />to each of the ten residents in an attempt to verify the current <br />quality of their signal reception Results are as follows: <br />1) 117 North St. Louis Street <br />a. Valley Cablevison reported no interference <br />b. No reply from resident <br />2) 745 N. Cushing Street <br />a.. Valley Cablevision reported signal interference <br />was found and eliminated. <br />b. Resfdent reported by phone on Dece-ber 10, 1976 <br />that' interference still e-,,-ists . <br />3) 3010 Green Street <br />a. Valley Cablevision reported no interference and <br />stated that dissatisfaction was with UHF signal <br />,•7hich is not affected by Cablevision VHF facility. <br />b. No reply from resident <br />4) 1009 11. Roosevelt <br />a. Valley Cablevision signal interference was found <br />and eliminated. <br />b. No reply from resident. <br />5) 1710 Sunnymede Avenue <br />a. Valley Cablevision reported no interference and <br />that resident was. satisfied. <br />b. Resident reported by phone on December 10, 1976 <br />that there:is still interference and that no one <br />from Valley Cablevision had contacted her. <br />c. The "trouble form" signed b-xT the resident is <br />dated 07/29/76. <br />6) 1622 East Fox Street <br />a. Valley Cablevision reported interference found <br />and eliminated. <br />b. Resident reported by phone on December 9, 1976 <br />that Valley Cablevision had contacted hir_z four <br />or five times and that he was satisfied. <br />7) 337 S. 26th Street <br />a. Valley Cablevision reported that they are still <br />working to eliminate problems in this area. <br />b. No reply from resident. <br />8) 1535 Rockne Drive <br />a. Valley Cablevision reported that they are still <br />`corking to eliminate problems in this.area. <br />b. Resident reports that Valley Cablevision has called <br />three times and that interference still occurs. <br />
