REGULAR 14EETING DECEMBER 20, 1976
Crone from the City's legal;; pepartrient, the Board of Public Works
and Antenna installers.
I feel that it is absolutely impossible for the Board to properly
ascertain the facts until a face to face meeting takes place.
Only until the Board hears both sides with all parties free to
ask questions and seek certain°explanations will we ever be able
to make any progress. I am tired of "cruisading" against these
violations. All I want is to be able to install my antennas
without illegal interference from Cable. I trust that a meeting
can be arranged in the near future.
If the Board has any doubt that these leaks are not°above the 20
microvolt per meter at 10 feet as the FCC's limit, I see no value
at all in further delaying a request to the FCC for an investigation.
Thank you very much for your time and concern.
Yours truly,
s/ Tin Zeak
The Board received the following letters from Valley Cablevision:
Decenber 17, 1976
Harry White, Valley Cablevision's General Manager, is out-of-town
for the holiday season.
