b) Power - Power distribution is provided via a distributed redundant A-B-C <br />scenario. Redundant electrical systems to support mechanical loads are also <br />installed, including separate galleries for transformer placement. <br />Power is fed, and monitored for quality from above cabinet redundant power <br />bus ways. All power will be delivered in an N+1 fashion. <br />c) Cross -Connections: DRNI will provide [TBD] cross -connections to Customer for <br />[$50) each per month. Where carrier services allow, and as requested by <br />Customer the cross -connects will be arranged so that one is feeding into the <br />Customer's chosen carrier's primary cabling infrastructure and the other into the <br />carrier's secondary cabling infrastructure. It is the Customer's responsibility to <br />ensure that its network equipment allows for dual network connections and is <br />configured appropriately. <br />If additional cross -connects are required, they may be purchased at $50 monthly <br />per physical connection. DRNI will schedule and supervise the installation of <br />copper or fiber cross -connects as requested in writing by Customer, and invoice <br />Customer for the cost of cross -connect installation as described in (3) and (4) <br />below. <br />d) Blanking Panels: Not later than 30 days after Customer relocation DRNI will <br />install cold aisle blanking panels on all open rack space in Customer cabinet(s). <br />DRNI will supply the blank panels. <br />e) Remote Hands: DRNI's on -site technical staff can provide maintenance, <br />installation, and assistance with equipment located within the Customer's <br />collocation environment. Remote Hands is a technical service designed to <br />support Customers on -site at DRNI who require assistance installing or trouble <br />shooting equipment. Our technical staff is available on -site 24x7x365 to provide <br />services such as: <br />• Rebooting or power cycling equipment. <br />• Pushing a button, toggling a switch or setting an externally accessible dip - <br />switch. <br />• Relaying status of equipment status indicators or typing commands on pre - <br />installed consoles. <br />• Plugging in a console port for remote management by Customer. <br />• Moving or securing cables. <br />• Installing or removing equipment (e.g. router/switch, externally accessible <br />components, etc.) <br />• Swapping of media <br />• Replacing or verifying connectivity integrity of DRNI provided cross -connects. <br />• Adding, removing, or verifying a demarcation label. <br />• Basic troubleshooting of Customer equipment. <br />DRNI Co -Location Schedule Page 3 of 5 Revised August 26, 2016 <br />
