Change Order No. 27 <br />One- Way to Two -Way Street Conversion <br />Division B <br />Project No. 116-001 <br />SPECIFICATIONS: <br />The following special provision of the Contract Documents has been revised and is issued as a <br />part of this Change Order: <br />C)OO(1X. LIGHT POLE FOUNDATION <br />A. Prevailing Specifications: 2016, INDOT Standard Specifications Section 807 <br />Additions: <br />1. Each Street Light and Drive light will be mounted on a concrete foundation, as <br />shown on the plans. <br />2. The contractor is advised to order lighting materials as soon as possible due to <br />the project schedule limits. <br />3. The cost of the Light Pole Foundation shall include the anchor bolts, reinforcing <br />steel, grounding, concrete, materials, labor, equipment and appurtenances <br />required to construct the foundation complete and in place. <br />4. Standard drilled shaft foundations will be paid for at the contract unit price for <br />"Light Pole Standard Foundation, 2FT diameter X 6FT diameter...
