<br />APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND - LEONARD E. WOODRUFF
<br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P. E., recommended release of the
<br />Contractor's Bond of Leonard E. Woodruff as requested. Upon
<br />a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the Bond was released effective October 20, 1982.
<br />APPROVE CONTRACTORS' BONDS
<br />Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak, P.E., recommended approval of the following
<br />Contractors' Bonds:
<br />Andrew Place/Workmasters, Inc. (retroactive to September 28, 1982)
<br />William Dobslaw (retroactive to September 30, 1982)
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the above bonds were approved as indicated retroactively.
<br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved
<br />and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance:

<br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan
<br />and carried, the Certificate of Insurance for Michael and Janis
<br />Farabee, d/b/a Nu Venture Enterprises, 411.East McKinley, Mishawaka,
<br />Indiana, was filed.
<br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT
<br />The report indicated a total of 12 outages for the period of
<br />September 17 through 28, 1982. Upon a motion made by Mr.
<br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed.
<br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
<br />Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Michiana Area CETA
<br />Consortium, submitted purchase orders totalling 23 and recommended
<br />approval. Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim
<br />Docket No. 18756 through No. 19083 and recommended approval.
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr..Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the reports were filed and the claims approved.
<br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon
<br />a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and
<br />carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
