Following that review, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the following bids were awarded; Steve and Gene's - Vehicle No. 1 $ 27.75 4 5.00 8 27.75 60.50 Hurwich Iron - Vehicle No. 2 $ 16.25 3 16.25 6 17.25 7 16.25 9 1.00 67.OU Rubin's Auto Parts - Vehicle No. 5 $278.00 GRAND TOTAL: $405.50 APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 (FINAL) AND PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT - BENDIX DRIVE SIGNALIZATION (MORSE ELECTRIC COMPANY) Mr. Leszczynski advised that Change Order No. 1 (Final) in the amount of an increase of $338.90 was submitted by Morse Electric Company for the Bendix Drive Signalization Project. Also submitted was the Project Completion Affidavit indicating a revised contract cost of $164,291.45 including the above change order. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above Change Order No. 1 (Final) and the Project Completion Affidavit were approved, and the required Maintenance Bond extending to October 4, 1985, was filed. APPROVE LANDSCAPE DESIGN PROPOSAL - MONROE/SAMPLE REDEVELOPMENT (THE LANDSCAPE DESIGN COMPANY) Mr. Leszczynski noted that a proposal had been submitted by The Landscape Design Company in the amount of $1,400.00 for Phase 1; $525.00 for Phase II; and $875.00 for Phase III, for the design of landscape along the buffer strip on Bronson Street separating the industrial and residential areas of the Monroe -Sample Redevelop- ment Area. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr.` Hill and carried, the above proposal was approved. APPROVE PROPOSAL FOR SURVEYS AND DRAFTING SERVICES MONROE/SAMPLE REDEVELOPMENT (COLE ASSOCIATES) Mr. Leszczynski stated that Cole & Associates had submitted a proposal to complete surveying and drafting work related to the proposed street improvements on Bronson Street in the Monroe/ Sample Redevelopment Area in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above proposal was approved.
