347 REGULAR MEETING JULY 12, 1982 INSTALL TRAFFIC SIGNAL - Bendix/Bonds/LaSalle Square. INSTALL NO PARKING THIS SIDE - 500 S. Sunnyside from E. Monroe to SPL of 550 S. Sunnyside. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above traffic control devices were approved. REQUEST FOR STREET PROCESSION REFERRED- ST STANISLAUS B M CHURCH A request was received from Reverend Stephen Sedlock, Pastor of St. Stanislaus Church, for permission to conduct a street procession on Thursday, August 26, 1982, from 6:30 p.m, to 8:00 p.m. in conjunction with the 600th Anniversary of the Feast of Our Lady of Czestochowa. Use of the following route was requested: Beginning at the corner of Linden and Brookfield proceeding north on Brookfield to Rupel, west on Rupel to Johnson and continuing south on Johnson to the church parking lot. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the request was referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting for review and recommendation. APPROVE TITLE SHEET - LAUREL WOODS APARTMENTS Q Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the title sheet for the extension of streets at the Laurel Woods Apartments P.U.D. was approved and signed. FILING OF ANNUAL AUDIT REPORT - CITY OF SOUTH BEND Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the annual audit for 1981 conducted by the State Board of Accounts for the City of South Bend and its various accounts and departments was filed. APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: C. L. Montague, 119 Rue Mallarme, S.B. Bertha Nespo, 209 N. Pagin, S.B. Nick V. Spagnola, 909 S. 28th, S.B. Della Jean Miller, 67127 Quinn Trail, Lakeville Mrs. Angela Chrustowski, 25556 Grant Rd., S.B. Gerald M. Hughey, 500 L.W.E., Apt. 301, Mish. APPROVE CONTRACTOR AND EXCAVATION BONDS Mr. Ray S. Andrysiak recommended Board approval of the Contractor's Bond of Clem H. Litka, retroactive to June 30, 1982, and the Excavation Bond of Chuck & Sons Plumbing & Heating. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above bonds were approved with the Contractor's Bond of Clem H. Litka approved retroactive to June 30, 1982. FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the Certificate of Insurance for North American Signs, Inc. was filed.
