<br />REGULAR MEETING
<br />JUNE 28, 1982
<br />The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at
<br />9:30 a.m., on Monday, June 28, 1982, by President John E.
<br />Leszczynski, with Mr. Leszczynski, Mr. Richard L. Hill and Mr.
<br />Joseph E. Kernan present. Also present was Assistant City
<br />Attorney Carolyn Pfotenhauer.
<br />CANCEL REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF JULY.5, 1982
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hilland
<br />carried, the regularly scheduled meeting of July 5, 1982, was
<br />cancelled due to observance of the Fourth of July holiday
<br />weekend and the fact that city offices would be closed on
<br />July 5th.
<br />MINUTES OF PREVIOUS PZEETING APPROVED
<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Per. Kernan and
<br />(� carried, the minutes of the regular meeting of June 21, 1982,
<br />were approved as submitted.
<br />OPENING OF BIDS --AUTOMOBILES (NEIGHBORHOOD CODE ENFORCEMENT)
<br />This was the date set for receiving sealed -bids for five or more
<br />C[ 1982 automatic, 4-cylinder, 4-door sedans for the Neighborhood
<br />Code Enforcement Office. The Clerk -tendered proofs of pubiica"
<br />tion of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County
<br />News which were found to be sufficient. The following bids
<br />were opened and publicly read:
