323 <br />u <br />F� <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />JUNE 14, 1982 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the following traffic control devices as recom- <br />mended by the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting were approved: <br />INSTALL 15 MINUTE PARKING 7 AM - 9 PM 414-416 E. Howard. <br />INSTALL HANDICAPPED PARKING - 2 spaces E. side of Hill <br />immediately south of St. Joseph Church. <br />INSTALL NO PARKING EXCEPT SUNDAY 6 AM 1 PM - North and <br />South side of LaSalle from Hill St. East to Church Pl. <br />REMOVE NO PARKING PASSENGER LOADING ZONE, REVISE TO <br />NO PARKING EXCEPT SUNDAY 6 AM - 1 PM - East side <br />of 200 N. Hill Street. <br />REMOVE TIME LIMITS, VARIOUS, REVISE TO NO PARKING EXCEPT <br />SUNDAY, 6 AM - 1 PM - West side of 200 N. Hill. <br />INSTALL NO PARKING — Both sides of 200 N. Niles Avenue. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - KENSINGTON FARMS, SECTION 4 (SANITARY SEWER) <br />A title sheet for the construction of sanitary sewer in Section <br />4 of Kensington Farms Subdivision on Ladbrooke Lane and Bridgeton <br />Lane was submitted. Mr. Leszczynski advised that the area was <br />undeveloped at present and would be an extension of the existing <br />streets into another section of the subdivision. Upon a motion <br />made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the <br />title sheet was approved and signed. <br />FILE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A list containing 55 lots.ordered cleaned by the Director of <br />the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office was submitted. It <br />was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up <br />the lots and had failed to do so. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the environmental <br />list was filed. <br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATIONS <br />The following Open Air Stand License applications were submitted <br />to the Board for approval: <br />Ken VanCleve - 2124 E. McKinley (southwest corner McKinley <br />and Ironwood) <br />- 1632 South Bend Avenue (Linebacker) <br />Andrew Keszei - 1105 East Ireland (southeast corner <br />Miami and Ireland) <br />- U.S. 31 and Ireland (southeast corner) <br />Lawrence Taylor - 1643 Prairie Avenue (southwest corner) <br />Mr. Leszczynski noted that all locations were approved for <br />proper zoning, permission from the property owners to use the <br />lots had been obtained, and the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting <br />had no objection to the location of the stands provided they <br />remained off public right-of-way, were back far enough onto <br />the private property and at least one-off street parking space <br />was provided on private property. Mr. Leszczynski stated <br />that the licenses were requested for the sale of fireworks, <br />and an inpsection would be conducted by the Fire Prevention <br />Bureau to confirm that all fireworks being sold were legal <br />fireworks in Indiana. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the license applications were <br />approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance. <br />
