UO <br />Koch Asphalt <br />0 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan <br />and carried, the above street materials bids were awarded. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - CROSSROADS INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, PHASE I <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that approval was necessary on the title <br />sheet for the plans for the Crossroads Industrial Complex, Phase <br />I, Sanitary Sewer Project. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the title sheet was approved <br />and signed. <br />REQUEST TO PURCHASE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY - 218 S. ILLINOIS <br />A request was received from Mr. Ralph Shead, 1714 Eclipse Street, <br />inquiring into the possible purchase of a lot owned by the Bureau <br />of Housing at 218 S. Illinois Street. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was <br />referred to the various city agencies for a determination as to <br />whether or not the property need be retained by the city for <br />any reason. <br />APPROVAL OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />The Bureau of Traffic and Lighting recommended the approval of <br />the following traffic control devices: <br />REVISE TO 2-WAY STOP - Springbrook and Woodmont <br />(Woodmont shall be the stop street) <br />REMOVE 30 MINUTE PARKING 6 AM - 6 PM - 639 Lincolnway East <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the above traffic control devices were approved. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A list containing 14 lots ordered cleaned by the Director of <br />the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office was submitted. It was <br />noted that property owners had been advised to clean up the lots <br />and had failed to do so. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the environmental list was filed. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved <br />and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: <br />Margaret Rhode, 619 W. 13th St., Mishawaka <br />E. Donald Garlough, 1322 N. Huey, S.B. <br />Dolores C. Huber, 609 S. Chapin, S.B. <br />Morton L. Linder, 1505 Marigold Way, #307, S.B. <br />Earl M. Rice, 602 E. Irvington, S.B. <br />McKinley Gibbs, 1203 Lincolnway West, S.B. <br />
