NJ <br />REGULAR MEETING MARCH 29, 1982 <br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATIONS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the Secondhand Dealer's License application of the Light <br />Owl, 529 Lincolnway West, was approved and forwarded to the <br />Deputy Controller's Office for issuance. It was noted that <br />favorable reports had been received from the Building Department, <br />Fire Inspection Bureau and Bureau of Traffic and Lighting con- <br />cerning the application. <br />The Public Parking License application for the Quality Inn, 316 <br />South St. Joseph, was approved upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the following applications for Rubbish and Garbage <br />Removal licenses were approved: <br />John A. Barbara (6) <br />55400 Pine Road <br />Jenkins' Painting Co. <br />635 N. Brookfield <br />Elgy Hathcoy <br />P. 0. Box 381 <br />Paul Fannin <br />733 Blaine <br />Clarence Taylor <br />1635 S. Franklin <br />Sylvester Harris <br />505 E. Broadway <br />It was noted that favorable inspections of the garbage removal <br />vehicles had been conducted by the Solid Waste Bureau. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved <br />and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: <br />Marvin Jones, 1709 E. Fox, S.B. <br />Michael Hodowaniec, 24074 Edison Rd., S.B. <br />Gladys R. Ankney, 1701 N. Merrifield, Mish. <br />Mrs. E. F. Goralczyk, 820 S. Jackson, S.B. <br />Jose' L. Colon, 308 W. llth <br />Corrine Amor, 1533.McPhereson, S. B. (daughter Billie Jo) <br />Maurice Seger, 740 Marquette, S.B. <br />Mae A. Krogh, 1917 Piedmont, S.B. <br />Marguerite M. Curry, 1422 E. LaSalle, S.B. <br />Frank Laskowski (daughter Rosemary Carroll) 538 E. Altgeld, S.B. <br />Charles Davis (daughter Kristy), 310 Fairview, S.B. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated a total of 9 outages for the period of March <br />19 through 25, 1982. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed. <br />
