Ohio (1 vehicle) <br />It was noted that inspections of the trucks had been conducted <br />by the Bureau of Solid Waste, and the applications were recom- <br />mended for approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above license applications <br />were approved. <br />Public Parking Facility: <br />The National Bank <br />322 S. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,, <br />seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the applications were approved <br />subject to the recommendations of the Fire Department and Sealer <br />of Weights and Measures. <br />APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A request was received from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement <br />Office for permission to have city environmental crews clean <br />the following lots within the city: <br />710-712 W. LaSalle <br />1017 E. Calvert <br />321 Ostemo <br />141 E. Pennsylvania <br />701 E. South <br />Lot W. 2501 Bertrand <br />133 E. Pennsylvania <br />526 W. Indiana <br />520 S. Brookfield <br />1017 Napier <br />1434 E. Calvert <br />1624 Dunham <br />916 N. Hill <br />1321 Southlea <br />It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up <br />the above lots and had failed to comply. Upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request <br />was approved. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan <br />and carried, the following certificates of insurance were filed: <br />Morse Electric Company <br />E-Recto, Inc. <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated a total of 19 outages for the period of <br />December 31, 1981, through January 14, 1982. Upon a motion <br />made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the <br />report was filed. <br />
