183 REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 18, 1982 1 Rubbish and Garbage Removal: Industrial Plant Service, Inc. (23 vehicles) 2425 Western Avenue John McClain (1 vehicle) 110 S. Iowa Horace Woods 527 E. Ohio (1 vehicle) It was noted that inspections of the trucks had been conducted by the Bureau of Solid Waste, and the applications were recom- mended for approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the above license applications were approved. Public Parking Facility: The National Bank 322 S. Lafayette The National Bank 115 Franklin Place It was noted that proof of adequate insurance was attached to the above applications. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski,, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the applications were approved subject to the recommendations of the Fire Department and Sealer of Weights and Measures. APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS A request was received from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office for permission to have city environmental crews clean the following lots within the city: 710-712 W. LaSalle 1017 E. Calvert 321 Ostemo 141 E. Pennsylvania 701 E. South Lot W. 2501 Bertrand 133 E. Pennsylvania 526 W. Indiana 520 S. Brookfield 1017 Napier 1434 E. Calvert 1624 Dunham 916 N. Hill 1321 Southlea It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up the above lots and had failed to comply. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was approved. FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the following certificates of insurance were filed: Morse Electric Company E-Recto, Inc. FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT The report indicated a total of 19 outages for the period of December 31, 1981, through January 14, 1982. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the report was filed.
