Masters. <br />ng of the Board of Public Works was convened at <br />day, January 4, 1982, by President John E. <br />Mr. Leszczynski, Mr. Richard L. Hill and Mr. <br />present. Also present was Deputy City Attorney <br />MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING APPROVED <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the minutes of the December 28,. 1981, regular <br />meeting of the Board were approved as submitted. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening sealed bids for <br />the sale of 14 abandoned vehicles, 10 of which are valued at <br />over $100. All vehicles have been impounded and stored at Steve <br />and Gene's Impoundment Lot at 3109 South Gertrude Street for <br />the required period of time, identification checks were run for <br />auto theft, and the owners and lien holders were notified. Eddy <br />South Bend, Ind. <br />$110.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the high bids of Steve and Gene's for Vehicles No. 1 <br />through 13, and the high bid of Reverend Drapinski for Vehicle No. <br />14, were awarded. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - DATA PROCESSING SERVICES AND/OR SYSTEMS <br />This was the date set for receiving sealed bids for data processing <br />services and/or systems for the Police Department, Utilities and <br />general accounting and financial services for the city. The Clerk <br />tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune <br />and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. The <br />following bids were opened and publicly read: <br />On -Line Data, Inc. Bid was signed by Stephen A. <br />226 N. Ironwood VanOoteghem, non-collusion.affidavit <br />Mishawaka, Ind. was in order, and a cashier's check <br />in the amount of $11,187.60 was <br />submitted. <br />$111,876.00 Electronic data processing services - Utility Department <br />
