Michigan. <br />INSTALL HANDICAPPED PERMIT/PLATE PARKING TOW ZONE - 100 E. <br />Washington, north side - lst space west of St. Joseph. <br />INSTALL NO PARKING PASSENGER LOADING ZONE 100 E. <br />Washington - Midblock on North side of street. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the above traffic control devices were approved. <br />REQUEST TO PURCHASE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY - 263 MAPLE STREET <br />A request to purchase the city -owned property at 263 Maple Street <br />was received from Paul L. Cornell, Jr., 1204 W. Thomas Street. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the request was referred to the various city agencies <br />for a determination as to whether or not the city need retain <br />the property for any reason. <br />APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A request was received from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement <br />Office for permission to have city environmental crews clean <br />the following lots within the city: <br />436-438 Allen <br />517 Blaine <br />534 S. Brookfield <br />610 S. Brookfield <br />528 Cleveland <br />1230 E. Haney <br />1860 N. Huey <br />210 E.Pennsylvania <br />411 N. Sherman <br />1229 W. Thomas <br />131 E. Donald <br />It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up <br />the above lots and hadfailed_to_,comply. Upon a motion made <br />by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the <br />request was approved. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill <br />and carried, the following handicapped parking permits were <br />approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for <br />issuance: <br />Ruth Pryweller, 839 Cavanaugh Dr., S.B. <br />Margaret Palkowski, 24677 Grant Rd., S.B. <br />
