159 REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 14, 1981 INSTALL 15 MINUTE ZONE MON-SAT 6 AM - 6 PM - 100-N. Michigan, west side of street, lst space south of Colfax (approximately 36' south of Colfax). INSTALL NO PARKING 5 AM-9 AM M-F = 100 N. Michigan, west side from Colfax south approximately 200 ft. INSTALL NO PARKING -STANDING -STOPPING - 100 E. Colfax, south side of street (with -exception of a 50 ft. space midblock and "indented"). INSTALL 1 HOUR PARKING M - 6 AM to 9 PM, T-S 6 AM to 6 PM - 100 N. Michigan, west side of street with exception of north"90 feet and south 70 feet (13 spaces including handicapped space). INSTALL 15 MINUTE PARKING M-S 6 AM - 6 PM - (1) 100 N. Michigan, west side - lst space north of Washington (2) lst space south of Colfax. INSTALL HANDICAPPED PERMIT/PLATE PARKING TOW ZONE - 100 N. Michigan, west side of street. Located approximately 90' south of Colfax. INSTALL HANDICAPPED PERMIT/PLATE PARKING TOW ZONE - 100 N. Michigan, east side of street - lst space North �. of Washington. INSTALL NO PARKING TOW ZONE - 100 N. Michigan, east side - north 2 block (approximately 230' from Colfax, south). REVISE TO 15 MINUTE PARKING 6 All - 6 PM - 1628 S. Michigan. INSTALL HANDICAPPED PERMIT/PLATE PARKING TOW ZONE - 100 E. Washington, north side - lst space west of St. Joseph. INSTALL NO PARKING PASSENGER LOADING ZONE 100 E. Washington - Midblock on North side of street. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the above traffic control devices were approved. REQUEST TO PURCHASE CITY -OWNED PROPERTY - 263 MAPLE STREET A request to purchase the city -owned property at 263 Maple Street was received from Paul L. Cornell, Jr., 1204 W. Thomas Street. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was referred to the various city agencies for a determination as to whether or not the city need retain the property for any reason. APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS A request was received from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office for permission to have city environmental crews clean the following lots within the city: 436-438 Allen 517 Blaine 534 S. Brookfield 610 S. Brookfield 528 Cleveland 1230 E. Haney 1860 N. Huey 210 E.Pennsylvania 411 N. Sherman 1229 W. Thomas 131 E. Donald It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up the above lots and hadfailed_to_,comply. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the request was approved. APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: Ruth Pryweller, 839 Cavanaugh Dr., S.B. Margaret Palkowski, 24677 Grant Rd., S.B.
