144 <br />REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 30, 1981 <br />APPROVE OPEN AIR STAND LICENSE - 4531 S. MICHIGAN <br />An application for an Open Air Stand License for the sale of Christmas <br />trees in the parking lot of Ford's Dairy Queen, 4531 South Michigan <br />Street, was submitted by James Frick. A copy of a lease with <br />Ford's Dairy Queen for use of the property was also submitted. <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the property was properly zoned for <br />the sale of the Christmas trees: Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the application <br />was approved subject to concurrence by the Bureau of Traffic and <br />Lighting and the Police Traffic Division. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved <br />for 1982 and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for <br />issuance: <br />Sara J. DeSantis, 433 Napoleon, S.B. <br />APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A request was received from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement <br />Office for permission to have city environmental crews clean <br />the following lots within the city: <br />509 E. Pulaski <br />It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up <br />the above lots and failed to comply. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was <br />approved. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS 0 <br />Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 21066 through No. 21778 and recommended approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the report was filed and the claims approved. <br />
