135 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />NOVEMBER 16, 1981 <br />Chief Deputy Controller.Sherrie L.°Petz submitted Claim Docket <br />No. 20307 through No. 20502 and recommended approval. Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the report was filed and the claims approved. <br />Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Michiana Area CETA <br />Consortium, submitted P. 0. No. 94 through No. 115 and the <br />following listed claims for approval: <br />Sears Roebuck & Company $143.03 <br />State Board of Vocational & <br />Technical Education 91.76 <br />Michiana College of Commerce 209.59 <br />University of Notre Dame 714.76 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski <br />and carried, the above claims were approved. <br />INQUIRY INTO STATUS OF PURCHASE OF CITY LOT (613 CLINTON) <br />Mrs. Glenda Ray Hernandez, 702 East South Street, inquired into <br />the status of the request to purchase a city -owned lot located <br />at 613 Clinton Street. Mr. Hill explained that Mark Willemin <br />had inquired about the purchase of the lot since it adjoined <br />another property owned by him, and he was desirous in moving <br />a house from 702 Rush Street, located within the Monroe - <br />Sample Development Area, to the Clinton Street property. He <br />stated that the city was in the process of establishing a new <br />procedure to handle the sale of city -owned property as a result <br />of the recent enactment of the Home Rule legislation, and Mr. <br />Willemin's request would be processed according to the new <br />procedure. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Hill, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and <br />carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:40 a.m. <br />r <br />J hn E.
