REGULAR MEETING OCTOBER 12. 1981 The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:30 a.m., on Monday, October 12, 1981, by President John E. Leszczynski, with Mr. Leszczynski, Mr. Richard L. Hill and Mr. Joseph E. Kernan present. Also present was Deputy City Attorney Janes A. Masters. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING APPROVED Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the minutes of the regular meeting of October 5, 1981, and the special meeting of October 9, 1981, were approved as submitted. OPENING OF BIDS - OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR POLICE SUBSTATIONS This was the date set for receiving and opening sealed bids for various office equipment for the three police substations located at 1618 South Main Street, 420 North Francis Street and the rear of Fire Station No. 4 at 220 North Olive Street. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and publicly read: Adams Remco, Inc. Bid was signed by Virgil Felhauer, 210 E.
