76 <br />REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 28, 1981 <br />306 S. Michigan St. Lot #24 <br />.75 up to one hour <br />1.25 up to 12 hours <br />1.00 evenings, Sundays & Holidays <br />Mr. Kernan noted that, in accordance with the ordinance regulating <br />parking lots, the city had no authority to approve or deny parking <br />rates but was to be officially notified whenever an adjustment was <br />made. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the notification was filed. <br />APPROVAL OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SALE OF CITY -OWNED <br />PROPERTY - 103-105 CARLISLE STREET) <br />Mr. Kernan noted that purchase agreements were being submitted for <br />Board approval for the sale of a city -owned lot located at 103-105 <br />Carlisle Street to Huey Schoby, Christy-Rosie Corporation, in the <br />amount of $477.50. He stated that the Board and Common Council <br />had previously approved the sale of the property to Mr. Schoby. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the purchase agreement was approved and the matter referred to the <br />Legal Department for drafting of the appropriate deed of conveyance <br />for the property. <br />APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A request from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office was received <br />for permission to have city environmental crews clean the following <br />lots within the city: <br />N.E. corner Bertrand & Huey <br />Lot W. of 521 Bronson <br />611 Bronson <br />1910 S. Catalpa <br />705 Clinton <br />725-727 Cushing <br />Lot btwn. 1119-1125 Duey <br />754 S. Dundee <br />116 E. Fairview <br />625 S. Fellows <br />516 S. Grant <br />518 S. Grant <br />504 E. Haney <br />744 N. Harrison <br />813 Harrison <br />912 Harrison <br />814 S. Kentucky <br />1127 Kinyon <br />1318 Lincolnway West <br />1322 S. Main <br />617-618 W. Marion <br />2819 Mishawaka <br />510 W. Navarre <br />709 Rex <br />917 Sherman <br />908 South Bend Ave. <br />607 N. Broadway <br />It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up the <br />above lots and had failed to comply. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the following handicapped parking permits were approved and referred <br />to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: <br />Martin J.
