76 REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 28, 1981 306 S. Michigan St. Lot #24 .75 up to one hour 1.25 up to 12 hours 1.00 evenings, Sundays & Holidays Mr. Kernan noted that, in accordance with the ordinance regulating parking lots, the city had no authority to approve or deny parking rates but was to be officially notified whenever an adjustment was made. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the notification was filed. APPROVAL OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY - 103-105 CARLISLE STREET) Mr. Kernan noted that purchase agreements were being submitted for Board approval for the sale of a city -owned lot located at 103-105 Carlisle Street to Huey Schoby, Christy-Rosie Corporation, in the amount of $477.50. He stated that the Board and Common Council had previously approved the sale of the property to Mr. Schoby. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the purchase agreement was approved and the matter referred to the Legal Department for drafting of the appropriate deed of conveyance for the property. APPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS A request from the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office was received for permission to have city environmental crews clean the following lots within the city: N.E. corner Bertrand & Huey Lot W. of 521 Bronson 611 Bronson 1910 S. Catalpa 705 Clinton 725-727 Cushing Lot btwn. 1119-1125 Duey 754 S. Dundee 116 E. Fairview 625 S. Fellows 516 S. Grant 518 S. Grant 504 E. Haney 744 N. Harrison 813 Harrison 912 Harrison 814 S. Kentucky 1127 Kinyon 1318 Lincolnway West 1322 S. Main 617-618 W. Marion 2819 Mishawaka 510 W. Navarre 709 Rex 917 Sherman 908 South Bend Ave. 607 N. Studebaker Lot btwn. 944-956 Sylvan In. 5109 Western Ave. 615 N. Niles 734 W. Jefferson 114 E. Broadway It was noted that property owners had been advised to clean up the above lots and had failed to comply. Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was approved. APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: Martin J.
